The other day, my brother and I were bickering about something (he's the new dad of the household) and he brought up something about my friends not being trustworthy or something. "I mean, look at the kind of people you hang out with. Your friend offed himself." I immediately started to tear up and took a second to recover. I thought I had kinda gotten over what happened, but I guess when it's brought up in certain circumstances it's still kind of a raw subject. It took me off guard. Don't worry, my brother knows he was an asshole and immediately apologized. Hmm.

Marie just handed me a USDA hat.
...which will never be worn. At least by me. ;) 
But it was nice of her, anyway.
